The book marks our 50th publication in celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, 75 years of India’s independence, featuring inspirational life stories of 75 Indo-American leaders from various walks of life. It was released in the virtual presence of the 14th President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, and the Consulate General of India in New York, Randhir Jaiswal. The book had support from the current Ambassador of India to the US, Taranjit Singh Sandhu, as well.

Featured in the book are some of the top Indo-American leaders, like Dr. Kiran C Patel, a philanthropist and expert cardiologist; Darshan Singh Dhaliwal, a leading philanthropist and entrepreneur; Meera Gandhi, a social activist; Dr. Vivek Lall, a technology and defense scientist, the Chief executive of General Atomics; Sam Pitroda, the father of India’s IT revolution; a powerful independent CFO of Washington D.C., Dr. Natwar Gandhi; Jesal Patel, the Mayor of Lincolnwood; Prof. (Dr.) Jagdish Sheth, the founder of Sheth Leadership Academy; and many others.
